All instruments are made to order. Lead times are between 1-3 months for stock models and between 4-7 months for custom orders. The production time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or shipping delays.

No, Ray does not personally build every single instrument. He carefully splits his time between front of house with his customers in-person and online, guiding his team & researching future projects, building select instruments and dealing with suppliers & logistics.
