Industry:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administration Assistant to support the daily operations of Shue Guitars HQ. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage office documentation, and assist in HR and operational matters. This role will also play an important part in tracking the guitar production line, ensuring updates are recorded accurately and production runs smoothly across all departments.
- Manage company documentation, filing systems, and records (digital & physical).
- Assist in HR tasks such as maintaining staff records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Prepare letters, memos, and reports as required.
- Support purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Track and update production line progress in spreadsheets or management systems.
- Communicate with workshop supervisors to ensure accurate status reporting.
- Assist management in scheduling, meeting arrangements, and general office support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in administrative or HR roles.
- Interest or background in manufacturing/creative industries is an advantage.
