REFUND POLICY

At Shue Guitars, we're committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with high-quality guitars. Our return policy is designed to provide clear instructions for returning our production and custom guitars.

Production Guitars
  • Return Window: Customers can return production guitars within 14 days of receipt.
  • Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted for production guitars in cases of defects or damage. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the guitar to determine if it qualifies for a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the guitar must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the guitar.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the guitar, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Exchanges: In the case of a defect or damage, we are happy to exchange the item for the same guitar, subject to availability. Please follow the same process as for returns.
Custom Guitars
  • Returns: Due to the personalized nature of custom guitars, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Each custom guitar is made to order and specifically tailored to the customer's specifications.
  • Quality Guarantee: Although custom guitars are not eligible for return, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your custom guitar arrives with defects or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
General Terms
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • International Returns: For international returns, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other expenses incurred.
