ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our guitar production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling guitars and ensuring each instrument meets Shue Guitars high standards of craftsmanship, playability, and finish. This role requires precision, patience, and a strong passion for building quality instruments.
- Assemble guitar components including necks, bodies, bridges, pickups, and hardware.
- Perform string installation, tuning, and basic setup for playability.
- Inspect instruments for defects or imperfections during and after assembly.
- Collaborate with the fretting, finishing, and QC teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain assembly tools and workspace in good condition.
- Follow company production schedules and quality standards.
- Report assembly issues or material shortages to the supervisor or admin team.

- Diploma/Certificate in Manufacturing, or equivalent experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of guitar parts, construction, and setup.
- Hands-on experience with tools used for guitar assembly and adjustment.
- Attention to detail and steady hand for fine work.
- Keen ear for tone and attention to detail in craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in guitar assembly, setup, or repair.
- Familiarity with different guitar models and hardware types.
- Understanding of neck alignment, action height, and intonation setup.
- Experience working in a production or workshop environment.
