We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Pickup Winding Technician to join our guitar-making team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hand-winding pickups, assembling components, and ensuring consistent tone and performance. You will contribute to the creation of high quality pickups that define the unique sound of Shue Guitars.

• Hand-wind guitar pickups according to specifications.
• Assemble pickup components (magnets, coil wire, covers, etc.).
• Solder and test pickups to ensure functionality and sound quality.
• Inspect pickups for consistency, durability, and performance.
• Collaborate with design and QC teams to meet tonal and quality standards.
• Maintain tools, winding machines, and workspace in good condition.
• Follow production guidelines and safety protocols.

• Diploma/Certificate in Electronics or equivalent experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience with pickup winding or guitar electronics (1+ year preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and soldering.
• Ability to follow precise specifications and work with fine materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience for repetitive tasks

• Previous experience in guitar pickup winding or electronics assembly.
• Familiarity with different pickup types (single coil, humbucker)
• Knowledge of magnet types, wire gauges, and winding patterns.
• Experience in troubleshooting pickup issues or repairs.
