We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wood/Surface Polisher to join our finishing team at Shue Guitars HQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for polishing guitar bodies and necks to achieve a smooth, glossy, and professional finish. This role is essential in ensuring the overall quality and appearance of Shue Guitars.

• Polish and buff guitar surfaces (wood and finished parts) to achieve a consistent, high-quality shine.
• Remove fine scratches, swirl marks, or imperfections after painting or clear coating.
• Use polishing compounds, buffing wheels, and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet visual and quality standards.
• Coordinate with finishing and QC teams to ensure proper workflow.
• Maintain polishing tools, pads, and machines in good condition.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the workspace.

• Experience in polishing, buffing, or finishing wood surfaces (1+ year preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Attention to detail and patience for precision work.
• Ability to handle polishing machines and hand tools safely.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company finishing standards.

• Previous experience in guitar, furniture, or woodworking industries.
• Knowledge of different polishing materials and finishing compounds.
• Familiarity with lacquer, polyurethane, or oil-based finishing systems.
• Understanding of quality control in surface finishing.
