Jin Wei

Jin Wei is a versatile guitarist hailing from Johor, Malaysia. Picking up the guitar at 17, he quickly discovered his passion for music and honed his craft through a professional music course, earning his Diploma in Music from the Malaysia Institute of Art (MIA) in 2016. Since then, Jin Wei has made his mark in the Malaysian music scene, actively performing and recording as a sought-after session guitarist for over 7 years.

Jin Wei began his music career performing live in nightclubs, where he honed his skills and developed his stage presence. Through years of dedication and experience, he gradually get to introduced to high-profile opportunities, including appearances on TV shows and major concert performances includes like 乐乐伙伴 (2021)，音乐有你 & 金色年华 Astro (2024&2025), as well as major live concerts such as 文章 365 演唱会 (2023), 张卫健 X 良汉文演唱会, and even Taiwan’s iconic The Wall live house. Known for his precision, musicality, and stage presence, Jin Wei has played alongside artists like Namewee, Taiwan artist John Huang, Carris Tsai, Hong Kong artist Dicky Cheung and Edmond Leung etc.
